viewjuice helps you manage online reviews — syncing reviews, generating and posting replies, scheduling Google Business Profile posts, sending review requests, and showing analytics. Features may change as we improve the product.

You're responsible for your account, for keeping your login secure, and for the accuracy of the information and connections you provide. You must have authority to manage the business profiles you connect.

viewjuice uses AI to draft review responses and other content. You are responsible for what is published to your profiles. We recommend reviewing replies — especially for negative reviews, which are held for your approval by default. AI output may contain errors; you remain accountable for content posted under your business.

• Don't use viewjuice to post misleading, deceptive, or fake reviews or replies.
• Don't violate Google's or any platform's policies or applicable law.
• Don't attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or abuse the service.

You must comply with the policies of any connected platform (including Google Business Profile). Misuse may result in suspension.

Paid plans are billed through our payments provider on a recurring basis until canceled. You can cancel anytime; cancellation stops future charges and takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

viewjuice integrates with third parties such as Google. Your use of those services is governed by their terms, and we're not responsible for their availability or actions.

The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee specific results (such as ratings or review volume). To the maximum extent permitted by law, viewjuice is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the prior twelve months.

You may stop using viewjuice and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or that we're required to act on.

We may update these terms; we'll revise the effective date and, for material changes, provide notice. Continued use means you accept the updated terms.
