• Account information — your name and email address, provided through our authentication provider when you sign up.
• Business information — the business details and response preferences you configure (business name, type, tone, custom instructions).
• Google Business Profile data — when you connect Google, we access your business locations, reviews, and the ability to post replies and posts on your behalf, using OAuth tokens we store securely.
• Usage data — basic logs needed to operate and secure the service.

• Generate suggested replies to your reviews and (where you allow it) post them.
• Publish updates to your Google Business Profile when you schedule a post.
• Show analytics and send you summaries, reports, and alerts you've enabled.
• Operate, secure, support, and improve the service.

viewjuice's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We only use Google Business Profile data to provide and improve the review-management features you ask for, and we do not sell it, use it for advertising, or allow humans to read it except as necessary for support, security, or where required by law.

We share data only with vendors that help us run viewjuice, under contracts that limit their use of it:

• An AI provider, to generate review responses from your review text.
• An email provider, to deliver alerts, summaries, and review requests.
• A payments provider, to process subscriptions (we never store card numbers).
• Authentication and hosting providers, to run the service securely.

We do not sell your personal information.

We keep your data while your account is active. You can disconnect Google at any time, which revokes our access tokens, and you can request deletion of your account and associated data by emailing [email protected]. You can also revoke viewjuice's access from your Google account permissions.

We use encryption in transit, restrict access to credentials, and store OAuth tokens securely. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your data.

We may update this policy; we'll revise the effective date above and, for material changes, notify you. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised policy.
